I am not able to participate live - can I still get what I need from the training?
Yes! While we encourage participants to show up live so that you can have access to Joanna for questions and coaching, we also understand that your schedule may not allow it. So long as you make the time to watch the trainings, you'll be able to integrate the material. And...you will have access to the recordings and all course materials for life!
I am not a coach; I’m a [therapist, yoga instructor, acupuncturist, consultant, etc.] - is this training for me?
Yes! If you're a professional helping humans achieve goals, then you know that navigating resistance is often a part of your work. Whether it’s the fear that comes up before buying a new home or the procrastination that happens when a client starts a new exercise routine, practitioners in many industries need these vital skills to co-create results with clients.
I am a new coach (or coach-to-be) - is this training appropriate for me?
While we definitely head straight into advanced principles and techniques in this training, if you are smart and like to go deep, this training is for you. Even if you don’t yet have clients, you will be able to immediately apply everything that we learn to your OWN resistance to support yourself to take the next actions in your business or practitioner journey.
Does this training offer CCEs for ICF?
Yes! Navigating Client Resistance offers 8 hours of CCEs for ICF: 7 hours of Core Competencies and 1 hour of Resource Development. You'll be provided with documentation at the end of the program that you can submit to ICF to go toward your required hours.
How quickly will I and my clients see results?
It depends on so much - the type of resistance, the type of goals, and how deeply embedded the resistance is. Some people will move forward quickly by the end of your coaching session with them. Others will take more time. I always like to say that this work is magical but it's not a magic pill. That means that most good things don't necessarily happen overnight, and you have to be willing to put the work and presence in to create the changes you want.
Will I have access to Joanna for questions and coaching?
Yes! I love, love to support you in all the ways I can, and there will be ample time throughout the program to ask me questions about the content, about your client cases, and even about your marketing! You can ask questions during live calls or in our Facebook group. You've got me and my expertise - and my deep care for you - for a full month!
Is this training included in the Sacred Depths Practitioner Training?
